  • Bank Transfers: Direct payment to our official account (details provided upon request).

2. Booking Confirmation

  • A 30% deposit of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking.
  • Deposit payments can be made online, via bank transfer, or through other approved methods.
  • The remaining 70% balance must be paid 45 days before the departure date.

3. Last-Minute Bookings

  • For bookings made within 45 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy. Any eligible refunds will be made via the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to process.

5. Secure Transactions

  • All payments are processed through secure channels to protect your financial information.
  • Travel2Cloud complies with international security standards, ensuring your data is safe and confidential.

6. Payment Receipts

  • A detailed receipt will be issued for every payment, outlining the amount paid, remaining balance, and due dates (if applicable).
